Prices are based on 3-star hotel standards. Our selected hotels are newly built, centrally located, highly rated across online platforms, and have positive customer reviews.
All meals are provided at local restaurants that maintain high standards, offering a variety of delicious and authentic local dishes.

A deposit is required to confirm the booking.
For bookings made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, full payment must be made prior to processing the booking

Bank Transfer: Payments can be made via wire transfer to our USD account, which will be provided upon confirmation. Please note that any bank fees associated with the transfer are the responsibility of the customer.
Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A surcharge of 3% applies to Visa and MasterCard payments, and a 3.8% surcharge applies to American Express payments.

In the event of cancellation, we will not impose any charges, as we strive to provide the best service and experience to our customers. However, if hotels or transportation contractors apply charges for cancellation, you will have to pay those charges that apply. Cancellation policies vary, depending upon the type of service, the time of year, and the reason for cancellation. We will pass on to you all details of any cancellation policy with our reply upon demand.
All cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax, should be made at least 3 days before the departure date.

Refunds, and their method will be effected as agreed between you and MyVivaTour for unused services, and timely cancellations. Again, we will not charge you any amount for our work. However bank fees, if applicable, will be for your account.
