Are the tour prices per person or per group?

Our tour prices are typically quoted per person, based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). If you are a solo traveler or have a different group size, we will provide a customized price. We also specify whether a price is for a private tour or a group tour.

What is included in the tour price?

Tour prices generally include accommodations, in-country transportation (e.g. airport transfers, domestic flights or train if mentioned), guided tours/activities, and certain meals as listed in the itinerary. We aim to be transparent – we’ll clearly state what’s included and exclude things like international flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses. For example, entrance fees and guided sightseeing are included, while optional activities, some meals, or beverages may not be. There are no hidden fees – all taxes and service charges are included in the quoted price

Are there any hidden charges or extra fees?

No. MyVivaTour believes in transparent pricing – what we quote is what you pay, with no surprise fees. Any surcharges (for example, credit card processing fees or high-season supplements) are communicated upfront. You can trust that we won’t spring unexpected costs on you during your trip.

Do you offer discounts for groups or repeat customers?

We’ll quote the exact price for your travel dates; typically, traveling in off-peak months (for example, May or September) might be a bit cheaper than peak periods like December. However, even in peak season we strive to offer competitive rates and value-added services that set us apart.
