What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via bank wire transfer as well as major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). If paying by credit card, a small card processing surcharge applies (around 3% for Visa/MasterCard and 3.5% for Amex). All payment details and instructions will be provided on your invoice or booking confirmation.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?

Yes, a deposit of 30% of the tour cost is required upon booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is typically due 7 days before your tour start date. We will remind you of the final payment due date and make it easy for you to complete payment via your chosen method.

Can I pay in my local currency or only in USD?

Our tour prices are usually quoted in USD for consistency. You can pay in USD; if you prefer to pay in another major currency (like EUR or AUD), let us know – we can often arrange it, though the amount will be converted to the equivalent USD rate. Credit card payments will be processed in USD (your bank will handle the currency conversion). Basically, you can use your local currency via bank transfer or card, but the target amount will be the USD price.

When is the final payment due?

The final balance payment is due 7 days before the tour begins (after the initial deposit). We will send you a reminder and an updated invoice well in advance. If you book within a week of departure, generally the full payment would be due at booking.

Are my payments secure?

Yes, we take payment security seriously. For online credit card payments, we use secure payment gateways with encryption. We also have an official company USD bank account for wire transfers (provided on your invoice), and we will confirm receipt of your payments. Your personal and payment information is kept confidential and protected.
